1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the jatbet platform and all its services. "jatbet", "we", "our", or "platform" refers to the jatbet.cam website and all related services. "User", "you", or "member" refers to any person registered on this platform.

2 Account Registration and Management

To enjoy services on jatbet, you must create a personal account. During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing incorrect or false information may result in account suspension or cancellation.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may create only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, both accounts may be cancelled and all funds forfeited. Multiple members of the same household may use separate accounts, but sharing the same device or payment method may require verification by jatbet.

2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. Allowing any third party to use your account is strictly prohibited. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, contact us immediately. You are responsible for all activities carried out on your account.

2.4 Information Verification

jatbet reserves the right to verify your identity at any time. A copy of your national identity card, birth registration certificate, or passport may be requested for verification. Withdrawals may be suspended until verification is complete.

3 Eligibility and Age Verification

jatbet services are open only to individuals who meet the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age or older.
• You must be located in a jurisdiction where you are legally permitted to use such services.
• You must have the legal capacity to bet with your own funds.
• You must not have been previously banned by jatbet.

jatbet may request the necessary documents for age and identity verification. Some account features may be restricted until verification is complete.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Rules

The following payment methods are accepted for depositing funds into jatbet: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. You may only deposit funds using a payment method registered in your own name.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. However, withdrawals may be suspended if identity verification has not been completed or if bonus wagering requirements have not been met.

4.3 Withdrawal Method

Withdrawals will be made through the same method used to make the deposit. In exceptional cases, an alternative method may be used at management's discretion.

5 Bonus and Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will give a ৳1,000 bonus and a total balance of ৳2,000; or depositing ৳18,000 will give a maximum bonus of ৳8,000 and a total balance of ৳26,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 20x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. This means withdrawals can only be made after wagering 20 times the bonus amount. Example: for a ৳1,000 bonus, a total of ৳20,000 must be wagered.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period and conditions.
• A bonus may only be used for the purpose for which it was given.
• Bonuses have no cash value and are not transferable.
• If bonus abuse is detected from the same IP address, device, or household, the relevant member may be disqualified.
• jatbet reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.

5.4 VIP Program

jatbet has three VIP tiers: Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.4%), Silver (weekly cashback up to 0.8%), and Gold (weekly cashback up to 1.2%). Members may advance to higher tiers based on regular play and loyalty to the platform. VIP benefits are subject to separate terms and conditions.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled. jatbet is not liable for any bet lost due to internet disconnection. Betting limits are set by jatbet and the right to change them is reserved.

6.2 Result Determination

The outcome of all games is determined by a verified random number generator (RNG). jatbet reserves the right to correct any incorrect result displayed due to a technical error.

6.3 Cricket and Sports Betting

Each event in sports betting is subject to its own rules. If a match is abandoned or suspended, the bet will be considered void and the stake will be refunded, unless otherwise stated in the specific rules.

6.4 Live Casino

Live casino games are operated by real-time dealers. If a game is interrupted due to a technical error in a live game, a decision will be made in accordance with the applicable rules.

7 Fair Play and Security

12.2 Closure by the Member

You may request to close your account at any time via our live chat or email. Any remaining valid funds will be returned prior to account closure, subject to the applicable conditions being met.
